Next Wednesday, March 25th at 9:00 PM, our bar and tables will be set for our monthly wine pairing dinner. On this occasion, we are guided by the expertise of Bodegas Los Frailes, a project where tradition and respect for nature’s cycles can be tasted in every glass.
The March Proposal: For this March evening, we have crafted a special menu: 4 tapas from our kitchen paired with 4 wines from Los Frailes. It is a unique opportunity to discover the essence of Fontanars dels Alforins through a pairing designed so that every bite complements what is in your glass perfectly.
We want you to enjoy the evening without any rush, which is why we offer very limited seating. We believe in providing enough space for you to chat, toast, and feel as though you are in your own trusted haven.
