Baldovar 923 Wine Pairing Dinner
On Wednesday, October 28, we will enjoy a new evening dedicated to wine and our region alongside Baldovar 923. A small Valencian winery from the Alto Turia area of La Serranía, working with mountain vineyards and native grape varieties. Through mindful viticulture and minimal-intervention winemaking, they produce fresh, distinctive wines full of personality.
The dinner will include:
- 4 selected wines from Baldovar 923, through which we will discover different expressions of the landscape, altitude and grape varieties of the Valencian mountains.
- 4 signature dishes, prepared with locally sourced ingredients and designed to complement and enhance each wine.
An evening to discover distinctive wines, raise a glass to our region and enjoy a new story around the table.
