Cooperativa de Viver Wine Pairing Dinner
On Wednesday, September 30, we will host a new evening dedicated to wine and our region alongside Cooperativa de Viver. A winemaking project from Alto Palancia that brings together the dedication of its winegrowers, knowledge passed down through generations and an innovative vision to produce wines with a distinctive identity. An authentic expression of their origin.
The dinner will include:
- 4 selected wines from Cooperativa de Viver, through which we will discover different nuances, grape varieties and interpretations of the region.
- 4 signature dishes, prepared with locally sourced ingredients and designed to complement and enhance each wine.
An evening to celebrate our land, discover new stories and enjoy wine around the table.
